The new JAECOO J7 is already on the Russian market

MOSCOW, Russian Federation - Feb. 8, 2026 - PRLog -- The JAECOO brand has announced the launch of sales of a new version of the J7 crossover in the Russian market. Modern technical equipment will complement the brand's familiar and beloved appearance and striking design. The cost of the new product starts from 2 699 000 rubles, taking into account the benefits of the trade-in program.

The body of the JAECOO J7 will retain the recognizable features of the special Limited Edition version. It has become popular in the Russian market. The narrow radiator grille with cells, the laconic logo on the hood and the updated bumpers create a unique image of the model. The rear of the car is equipped with hidden exhaust pipes and is made in the same style as the front. This creates an elegant silhouette.

The new JAECOO J7 has four trim levels – Urban, Lifestyle, Ultimate and Supreme. All versions are equipped with a 1.6-liter turbocharged engine and a DCT7 robotic transmission. The Lifestyle and Supreme all-wheel drive options are available with a 186 hp engine. Buyers will be able to choose between front-wheel drive (in Urban and Ultimate trim levels) and all-wheel drive (in Lifestyle and Supreme trim levels).

The car is equipped in the basic Urban configuration with 18-inch alloy wheels, fully LED optics, dual-zone climate control and a winter package, including heated windshield, injectors and front row seats. Front and side airbags and safety shutters ensure safety. The crossover is equipped with an electric trunk drive, front parking sensors, 540-degree viewing systems and tire pressure monitoring in the Lifestyle version. The delayed turn-off of the Follow-me-home headlights increases the visibility of the car when parking on the road at night. The car is additionally equipped with a panoramic sunroof, heated second-row seats and steering wheel, an electrochromic rear-view mirror and electric adjustment of the front-row seats in the Ultimate configuration. The JAECOO J7 has an advanced set of driver assistance systems, including blind spot monitoring and lane change assistance in the top-end Supreme configuration. Ventilation of the front seats and an audio system with eight speakers will ensure maximum comfort during long trips.

The warranty period of the JAECOO J7 is 3 years or 100 000 km (whichever comes first). The Lifestyle and Supreme four-wheel drive trim levels will be available at JAECOO AVTODOM dealerships in January 2026. The Urban and Ultimate trim levels will go on sale in February 2026.
