- 2012 Tim Lee Letter to Suppliers: Suppliers were warned about unaccredited certificates while bearing all fees NADCAP & AS9100 certifications and auditing costs Boeing avoided, effectively subsidizing the company's noncompliance.

- 2003 Supplier Bulletin: ANAB's Heads Up 22, under Boeing's influence, forced suppliers to comply with OASIS database rules run by the IAQG (Suppliers could not refuse database fees or being placed on the database- If they did they would get their AS9100 certification suspended or taken away)  while Boeing itself remained unaccountable and at the controlled IAQG 65%.

- 2024 Confession & Exposure: Boeing publicly claimed they were willing and prepared to get AS9100,  were compliant to AS9100 and were performing internal audits as if AS9100 certified. Guberman revealed employees had no training, awareness, or evidence of compliance — highlighting systemic deception.
