Mission: More Than Just Smoke and Meat While the Stay Lit Smokerz are serious about their brisket and ribs, their "why" goes beyond the pit. The team is dedicated to empowering Texas youth through agriculture and education. Proceeds and awareness raised through their cook-offs contribute directly to funding educational scholarships through the PGM Foundation, ensuring that the next generation has the resources they need to succeed.

• Bartenders: Skilled individuals to manage hospitality and beverage service for guests and judges.
• Support Crew Leaders: Organizational talents to handle logistics, setup, and teardown, ensuring the team operates smoothly on the road.
