State of Kentucky Confirms Legal Dissolution of Harris Alumni LLC; All Continuity Claims Are False

LEWES, Del. - Feb. 4, 2026 - PRLog -- As of September 2, 2025, the legal entity known as Harris University Alumni Association LLC was formally and irrevocably dissolved through the filing of certified Articles of Dissolution with the Kentucky Secretary of State. This filing was executed with the unanimous written consent of the lawful members of the organization, confirmed as complete, and officially recorded by the Commonwealth. Under Kentucky law, this action permanently terminated the entity's legal existence, authority, and capacity to operate in any form.

Following this dissolution, no individual or group retained the legal right to claim leadership, continuity, succession, or representative authority under the name of the dissolved association. Any suggestion that the organization continues to exist, has been renamed, or has been lawfully succeeded by another group is false and directly contradicted by certified public records.

Despite this, David M. Biery has continued to present himself publicly as a president or representative of a purported successor organization using the dissolved association's identity. No legal transfer of authority, continuity resolution, or successor authorization exists. Mr. Biery's representations are therefore unauthorized and misleading, and they conflict with the binding legal effect of the state-filed dissolution.

This matter is not subject to interpretation, negotiation, or dispute. A Secretary of State filing is dispositive. The dissolution is final, recorded, and enforceable as a matter of law.
