| State of Kentucky Confirms Legal Dissolution of Harris Alumni LLC; All Continuity Claims Are FalseThe Kentucky Secretary of State certified the full and irrevocable dissolution of the Harris University Alumni Association LLC on September 2, 2025. No individual or entity may claim continuity, leadership, or legal standing under its name.
By: Office of Count Jonathan David Nelson Following this dissolution, no individual or group retained the legal right to claim leadership, continuity, succession, or representative authority under the name of the dissolved association. Any suggestion that the organization continues to exist, has been renamed, or has been lawfully succeeded by another group is false and directly contradicted by certified public records. Despite this, David M. Biery has continued to present himself publicly as a president or representative of a purported successor organization using the dissolved association's identity. No legal transfer of authority, continuity resolution, or successor authorization exists. Mr. Biery's representations are therefore unauthorized and misleading, and they conflict with the binding legal effect of the state-filed dissolution. This matter is not subject to interpretation, negotiation, or dispute. A Secretary of State filing is dispositive. The dissolution is final, recorded, and enforceable as a matter of law. Any platform, publication, or individual that treats the status of the Harris University Alumni Association LLC as ambiguous, ongoing, or disputed is disregarding certified public record and perpetuating factual error. The legal record is clear and controlling. All claims of continuity, leadership, or legitimacy associated with the dissolved entity are invalid and must cease. End
