SOUTH BRUNSWICK, N.J. - Feb. 3, 2026 - PRLog -- On Thursday evening, Rotarians from Mercer County, Middlesex County, and Somerset County came together for District 7475's Tri-County Club Dinner & Meet-Up—and the energy in the room made one thing clear: Rotary's future in New Jersey is strong, connected, and action-focused.

The evening began with a lively 5:30 PM Meet & Greet, followed by dinner and a full program designed to spark ideas and strengthen relationships across clubs and counties. From the start, the atmosphere was welcoming, upbeat, and focused on what's next.

District leadership opened the program with updates on Rotary's current status, the Membership Challenge, collaboration across clubs, and the AER Challenge, reinforcing a shared goal: grow Rotary by growing relationships. The message resonated—no club stands alone, and impact grows faster when we work together.

Membership leaders shared practical strategies for membership programs, planning, and retention, encouraging clubs to think creatively about how they invite, engage, and support members. Updates on PELS and The Rotary Foundation highlighted Rotary's leadership development pipeline and the global impact fueled by local commitment.

Excitement continued with previews of the upcoming Connect for Good Summit and Rotary Shark Tank, where innovative service ideas will be showcased and supported. Attendees also heard calls to action for signature initiatives, including the Flight to End Polio, Winter Coat Drive, Strike Out Polio at Yankee Stadium, RYLA, and STYE—each offering meaningful ways to serve and lead.

The evening concluded with a 30-minute open discussion session, giving Rotarians space to share ideas, ask questions, and explore new partnerships. The conversation was honest, energizing, and forward-looking—exactly what Rotary looks like when People of Action come together.

This Tri-County Meetup was more than a dinner. It was a reminder that Rotary's strength lies in connection, collaboration, and shared purpose.

Rotary's future in the state of New Jersey is built through connection, collaboration, and action. When we connect with purpose, service moves faster.
