How Coface Is Building High‑Value People

A Transformational Journey of Personal Mastery & Self‑Leadership

JOHANNESBURG - Feb. 3, 2026 - PRLog -- In a world where industries shift rapidly and leaders face growing complexity, one truth remains constant: an organisation can only rise as high as its people. Coface South Africa brought this belief to life by investing intentionally in personal growth and self-leadership. Through a Personal Mastery & Self-Leadership Training Programme delivered in partnership with The Transformation Legacy, 38 employees participated across two cohorts. The programme focused on self-awareness, emotional intelligence, purpose, discipline, and intentional leadership. The impact was clear, with participants rating the experience an exceptional 4.98 out of 5.

Beyond skills development, the programme created a safe and compassionate learning environment that encouraged reflection, vulnerability, and collaboration. Employees gained practical tools to manage emotions, align personal purpose with professional goals, and lead with clarity and accountability. The experience reinforced Coface's people-first culture—one rooted in empathy, collaboration, and sustainable performance.
