Phinge Will Stay a Private Company For Now Due to Immense Interest From Accredited Investors, Allowing For a Higher Valuation For Its Shareholders

INCLINE VILLAGE, Nev. - Feb. 11, 2026 - PRLog -- Interest from the private sector, including from UHNI's and family offices has been tremendous, and Phinge® believes its shareholders will be best-served at this time by raising money privately and at a higher valuation than what a Reg A+ would allow. This interest is due in part to CEO Robert DeMaio's continuous #1 individual ranking on Crunchbase since December 13, 2025.

In addition, Phinge's continued investigations have revealed possible infringements of its patents at a rapidly increasing pace as companies and entities move into hardware verification and the app-less and agentic AI spaces. It believes this suggests that the value of the company and its IP (namely its foundational patents) makes Phinge valuation at least equal to or greater than the valuations of these potentially infringing entities and companies.

Phinge looks to invalidate any patents granted after Phinge's prior art granted patents that it believes infringe upon its intellectual property.

Phinge does intend to go public in the future through conventional means (and debt-free), but at this time will focus on building and launching its patented, app-less Netverse® platform and verifed Netverse Intelligence™ (NI)™, accessible through its patented modular phones, tablets and hardware through private fundraising from accredited individuals, entities and its CEO Robert DeMaio.
