As a founder, it has been a plain privilege to get the grasp of the mindset of 97 year old co-founder and how he contributed to forge growth in multple lives.

It takes efforts, spirituality and moral compass to give substantial upgrades in some way or other for our people. Building substantial lives absorb a lot of our own self and it is only right moral compass that provides foundational pillars to contribute.

Born in 1930's and coming from nothing, 97 year old co-founder of Ador AI has led that life which is immensely subtantial and growth oriented. In the role of teacher and then head of educational institute, he led multiple lives on the path of upgrade.

A teacher is strict on his frontier outlook, however that is meant to upgrade traits of his pupils. With tough frontier outlook and inner compass to upgrade lives, it seems to me that he has led growth of so many lives and built substantial upgrades for them. Coming from nothing to building so many substantial lives in the span of 97 years, it is education that has been pillar. As a founder, I have synthesized that his leadership revolved around improving traits of everyone, instead of emphasizing on individual first.

Literacy rate of India has grown since last 6 decades. From 20% literacy rate in 1955 to 80.9% in 2026 - teachers and principals have led foundational pillars to build substantial lives. It is this India built on the foundational pillars of Spirituality and education which create businesses and takes up various professions in companies nationally as well as internationally.

1951: 18.33% (only 9% of women were literate)
1961: 28.3%.
1971: 34.45%.
1981: 43.57%.

2001: 65.38%.
2011: 74.04%.
2018: ~74.4%.

2025: Over 80.3%.

In my role as a founder, I encompass his way of life. How to build substantial lives, how to upgrade oneself, how he manage well-being post 60 years of age till 97 years, How to maintain good frame of mind amidst all aspects of life, and How education led upgrade of so many lives.

It will take lifetime for me to absorb from him how he practised being bigger person, get frame of mind to pick up education as a profession during that decades of India where literacy rate was just 20%, and build substantial lives while coming from nothing. A penchant of listener - well that's one trait that I admire the most about him.
