Manifestly outlines responsible AI roadmap for workflow and SOP teams

Next, Manifestly plans to extend AI across the platform with capabilities designed for both quality and operational insight. Planned features include account level AI controls, importing workflows from documents like PDFs, spreadsheets, and Visio diagrams, automated workflow review for issues like broken links and missing steps, inbox tips to highlight what needs attention, workflow summaries, step suggestions based on historical patterns, and the ability to choose an AI provider, including options beyond OpenAI.

Manifestly described its approach as "AI as a collaborator, not an autopilot," with an emphasis on clear visibility when AI is used, strong privacy boundaries, and consistent behavior across accounts.
