Commenting on the announcement, a Sobha Group spokesperson said: "Sector 63A represents one of Gurgaon's most promising residential destinations, driven by infrastructure development and growing end-user demand. With this upcoming project, we aim to introduce a thoughtfully planned, low-density residential community that reflects Sobha's commitment to quality, precision, and long-term value." Sobha Sector 63A offers seamless connectivity to Golf Course Extension Road, the upcoming 90-metre-wide Greater Southern Peripheral Road (SPR), NH-48, the Delhi border, and IGI Airport.
