Indie Horror Film 'Mamochka' Features Monster Doll with Ties to History's Most Reviled Villains

POMPTON PLAINS, N.J. - Jan. 29, 2026 - PRLog -- Film Distributor BayView Entertainment announces the release of Mamochka, a terrifying new entry in their library of horror titles, now available to purchase or rent from finer streaming video platforms.

The new film from writer-director Vilan Trub turns to real-life, tragic history for its backstory, with a haunted doll possessed by the evil spirits of the Nazis who created it during World War II.

The frightening film's release comes on the heels of several notable horror hits from BayView, including Take From Me, Nahualli, and Lechuza. The distributor out of New Jersey has been distributing horror films for over a decade, and found its first big terror success with the arthouse indie horror smash, 2022's Skinamarink.
