In the Circuit Court of the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Palm Beach County, Florida, Angie Wong, as Plaintiff, filed this matter against Jared B. Craig, Esq., Stanley Fitzgerald, and Patrick Collis, as Defendants, in Case No. 502023CA015235XXXXAMB.

On January 23, 2026, the Circuit Court for Palm Beach County entered an Order Granting Partial Summary Judgment as to Defendants Stanley Fitzgerald and Jared B. Craig, Esq. The Court found no genuine issue of material fact as to those defendants and dismissed the claims against them with prejudice Filing #240127758, e-filed on January 23, 2026, at 10:18:10 a.m.

The order states in part: "ORDER GRANTING PARTIAL SUMMARY JUDGMENT"

Defendants, Jared B. Craig, Esq. and Stanley Fitzgerald, having filed their Joint Motion for Partial Summary Judgment in this Court on November 20, 2025 pursuant to Florida Rule of Civil Procedure 1,510 on Counts I, II and IV of Plaintiff's Complaint, and this Court after a review of said motion finding that no genuine issues of material facts exist as alleged against Defendants Jared B. Craig, Esq. nor Stanley Fitzgerald, and therefore there are entitled to judgement as a matter of law.
