His appointment underscores the TBM Council's commitment to advancing IT spending transparency and value-driven digital transformation within government agencies. "Pavan's experience in navigating the complexities of Federal IT, combined with his deep roots in retail innovation at Walmart and Target, makes him an invaluable asset to our Board," said Matthew Guarini, Executive Director for the TBM Council. "His leadership will be instrumental as we help public sector organizations leverage TBM to future-proof their infrastructure and align technology strategy with business priorities." Pavan Pidugu was sworn in as CDIO of the U.S. DOT in February 2025. At the DOT, he is responsible for the digital strategy serving carriers, commercial drivers, and law enforcement agencies nationwide.
