Piper Laine Fit Opens in Tequesta, Bringing Movement and Recovery to the Community

TEQUESTA, Fla. - Jan. 22, 2026 - PRLog -- Tequesta, FL - Piper Laine Fit, a boutique movement and wellness studio, is now open in Tequesta. Founded by Piper Lovelady, the studio opened in October 2025 and has already welcomed more than 1,100 clients from the local community.

The studio offers Pilates, barre, ballet, yoga, and HIIT classes, along with private recovery suites featuring BioCharger Energy Therapy, a Finnish Sauna with Cold Plunge, and a Red Light Therapy Room. Piper Laine Fit was designed to provide high-quality instruction in a calm, welcoming environment that supports strength, balance, recovery, and long-term wellness.

Piper brings extensive experience to the studio, having practiced yoga and Pilates since age 15. She completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training certification at 16, followed by her Yin Yoga certification before turning 17, and comprehensive STOTT Pilates training across multiple apparatuses. She teaches regularly and remains hands-on in daily operations, with continuing education planned through Balanced Body training in 2026.
