Frank Mena Selected to Serve as Vice-Chair of the Miami Beach Health Advisory Committee

MIAMI - Jan. 20, 2026 - PRLog -- MIAMI BEACH, Fla. —  The City of Miami Beach has selected Frank Mena to serve as Vice-Chair of the Health Advisory Committee , recognizing his ongoing leadership and commitment to improving health and quality-of-life outcomes for Miami Beach residents.

Mena's appointment comes as he begins his third term on the Committee. Throughout his service, he has acted as the Committee's official representative for elderly and senior housing, with a focus on the needs and best practices of assisted living facilities and senior-focused residential communities across the City of Miami Beach.

"As Miami Beach continues to evolve, ensuring our seniors are supported with safe, healthy, and dignified housing options remains essential," said Frank Mena. "I'm honored to serve as Vice-Chair and grateful for the opportunity to continue advocating for seniors, caregivers, and the providers who serve them."

The Miami Beach Health Advisory Committee advises the City on matters that impact public health, wellness, and community quality of life. As Vice-Chair, Mena will help guide the Committee's agenda and support collaborative efforts to advance health-related priorities across the City.
