As part of this growth, CPPS is pleased to announce several new hires, promotions, and expanded roles that strengthen the organization's ability to support clients across industries.

These updates reflect CPPS's ongoing investment in experienced leaders, operational excellence, and mission-aligned professionals who bring real-world perspective to complex safety challenges. Together, this team represents the next chapter of CPPS's work to help organizations build safer, more resilient workplaces and communities.

About the New and Promoted Team Members

Josh King – Director of Marketing (New Hire)

Josh King brings extensive experience in marketing strategy, digital media, and organizational storytelling to CPPS. He founded Tinderbox Marketing in 2013, where he partnered with organizations to strengthen strategy, improve visibility, and drive sustainable growth. As Director of Marketing, he leads CPPS's marketing strategy and communications in support of the organization's mission.

Randy McAlister – Subject Matter Expert, CTM (New Contractor)
Randy McAlister is a nationally recognized expert in behavioral threat assessment and management with more than three decades of experience in public safety. A retired Captain and Deputy Director of Public Safety, he served as a Task Force Officer with the FBI's Behavioral Analysis Unit working on threat assessment initiatives.

Jameson Ritter – Director of Behavioral Threat Assessment and Management, CTM (Promotion)
Jameson Ritter leads CPPS's Behavioral Threat Assessment and Management practice, bringing experience across Fortune 100 companies and mission-driven organizations. He specializes in building scalable, defensible programs that protect people, operations, and brand reputation.

Korey Staley – Vice President (Promotion)
Korey Staley serves as Vice President at CPPS, where he works closely with organizations to prepare for real-world threats before they escalate into crises. With twenty-two years in the U.S. Army and additional experience supporting the Department of Defense, Korey brings deep operational insight into threat mitigation, de-escalation, active assailant response, and high-risk travel preparedness.

Jessica Weber – Operations Coordinator (New Hire)
Jessica Weber supports CPPS as Operations Coordinator, drawing on more than a decade of experience in safety, training, and operational excellence. Her background includes developing compliance frameworks and training programs that support secure, high-performing environments.
