Snowbird Technologies Appoints Karl Wojtkun as Vice President of Business Development

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - Jan. 19, 2026 - PRLog -- Snowbird Technologies today announced the appointment of Karl Wojtkun as Vice President of Business Development. In this role, Wojtkun will lead business development initiatives supporting the company's growth strategy, market expansion, and strategic partnerships across defense, government, and commercial markets.

Wojtkun brings more than 27 years of military, government, and private-sector leadership, with expertise in operational strategy, international market entry, and government contracting. He is known for aligning advanced technologies, customer needs, and partner ecosystems to deliver scalable, mission-ready solutions.

Previously, Wojtkun served as Director, NATO/EU at Winvale Group, where he helped execute the company's first NATO and EU market-entry strategy. He is also the Founder of Above the Best Solutions LLC, providing national security and GOVCON advisory services. Earlier roles include Senior Military Analyst supporting U.S. Marine Corps capability development and assignments with the U.S. Army Sustainment Center of Excellence.

Wojtkun retired from the U.S. Army as a Lieutenant Colonel, following a distinguished career that included global operational leadership, budget oversight exceeding $57 million, and numerous awards, including three Bronze Star Medals.

He holds an Executive MBA from James Madison University, multiple graduate degrees in military and national security studies, and professional certifications including PMP and Certified Scrum Master.
