Cirface to Deliver a Two-Day Bilingual 'Asana On Tour' Training Workshop in Montreal

TORONTO - Jan. 18, 2026 - PRLog -- Cirface, Asana's 2025 Partner of the Year (Americas), will join Asana on Tour Montreal on January 21–22 at Collectif MTL. This free, two-day bilingual workshop will help professionals use Asana more effectively, including advanced workflows built with Asana AI Studio. Cirface will be joined by Unito and Parkour3, a HubSpot Diamond Partner, for hands-on sessions focused on how teams use Asana in day-to-day work.

Asana on Tour is a global series of in-person training events focused on practical Asana adoption and scale. The Montreal stop covers foundational and advanced use cases, plus emerging AI-supported features in Asana and integration workflows used alongside common business tools.

Attendees can expect to learn how to build automated workflows and use AI teammates to eliminate routine administrative work using Asana. Sessions with Unito and Parkour3 will cover practical integration patterns, including how teams connect Asana with tools such as HubSpot and Jira to keep work and data aligned across systems.

The two-day event is designed as an intensive learning experience, with each day offering five to six hours of guided, hands-on training on practical Asana use. Cirface experts will work directly with attendees to define project structure and set up intake using forms. The sessions will also cover rule-based automation that teams can apply in active workflows.

Beyond the formal sessions, the schedule includes shared breaks and hosted lunches on both days, giving attendees time to compare notes and speak with Cirface experts about their business workflow. The first day concludes with a networking happy hour at 5:00 PM, featuring drinks and appetizers.
