BCIB, JCube Capital and Famos Trustee Launch Institutional Gold Investment Platform

SINGAPORE - Jan. 12, 2026 - PRLog -- Bastion Commonwealth Investment Bank ("BCIB"), represented by Dr Chutamas Vongvorakit, today announced a strategic joint venture with JCube Capital Partners, represented by Dr Justin Chan, and Famos Trustee Limited, represented by Dr Joyce Louisa C., to co-market and offer an institutional gold-focused investment fund to qualified, accredited, and professional investors across selected jurisdictions.

The collaboration brings together a Financial Trinity of Bank, Fund, and Trust, combining BCIB's international investment banking and capital structuring capabilities, JCube Capital Partners' Singapore-based fund management and Variable Capital Company (VCC) expertise, and Famos Trustee Limited's independent fiduciary and trust administration platform. The partnership is designed to deliver an institutional-grade gold investment solution anchored in governance discipline, transparency, and investor protection.

Under the arrangement, the gold investment fund will be structured under Singapore's VCC framework and managed by JCube Capital Partners. The fund will provide professionally managed exposure to gold-linked strategies, with a core emphasis on capital preservation, portfolio diversification, and prudent risk management. Participation will be strictly limited to eligible institutional, accredited, and professional investors, subject to applicable regulatory requirements.
