The contest aims to nurture Japan-born foodtech businesses and enhance their recognition on a global scale. As a finalist, NINZIA will present at the final pitch event on February 13, 2026 (Friday), proposing the future of "NINZIA BOSAI." Leveraging the unique potential of konjac, the company aims to transform disaster food into something delicious and inclusive that everyone can continue to eat with peace of mind."
