Edward Conz, Jr., a/k/a Butch Conz (Civil Action File No. 2024-CV-0334) The order describes an earlier Order Compelling Discovery dated May 15, 2025, and states the defendant failed to provide ordered discovery by June 30, 2025 and refused to deliver documents. The court found willful contempt and entered multiple sanctions. Among the remedies listed, the order states the court entered default judgment granting a permanent injunction that prohibits the defendant from operating organizations, businesses, or entities under the name Veterans for America First, VFAF, or any state chapter designation, and directs dissolution of related websites, social media accounts, press releases, or legal entities under the defendant's control that violate the order.
