By: KCProduction . Independent micro-publishing author and artist with over $16 million in potential earnings lost after has launched a FREE National Registry to document similar cases and evidence for class action litigation. Kris Courtney, author of the award-winning novel "FLORIDA RETIREMENT IS MURDER," is poised to file federal antitrust complaint in U.S. District Court (Southern District of Florida) alleging that three of the world's largest technology platforms coordinated in horizontal and vertical manipulation to suppress his book within a 72-hour window following its peak commercial success in June 2024. "On June 18, 2024, my book ranked #8 in Canada and #21 globally. CAA - Creative Artists Agency queried film rights. That night - Amazon banned U.S. paperback sales while keeping the book available internationally," The complaint documents a second incident of coordinated retaliation occurring within 72 hours of Courtney issuing legal preservation of data notices to all three companies on September, 15 2025. Courtney, who invested his life savings of approximately $50,000 after selling his Indiana home to fund the book's publication and marketing, was forced to file bankruptcy following the sudden income loss. Living on Social Security due to congenital disabilities, he now survives in poverty while pursuing legal action. Data collected will be added to records for submission to the Federal Trade Commission, Department of Justice Antitrust Division, and further class action legal representation. "Independent authors, artists and micro-publishers nationwide report identical patterns: books banned in U.S. markets only, verified reviews deleted, fake negative reviews coordinated, search visibility suppressed, and social media reach eliminated—often within 24-72 hours and frequently after success or asserting legal rights," Courtney explained. The complaint alleges violations of Sherman Antitrust Act Sections 1 and 2 (conspiracy in restraint of trade and monopolization) The registry is free, confidential, and available to any author, artist, or content creator experiencing platform suppression. Legal representation is being sought on contingency basis.
