He brings more than a decade of experience in the financial services industry, with a demonstrated track record in retail store management, multi-unit operations, and customer experience optimization. His expertise in employee development, P&L management, and organizational leadership aligns with Intracoastal Bank's commitment to delivering exceptional service and fostering long-term client relationships.

He holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Troy University and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a minor in Food and Resource Economics from the University of Florida.
