BCIB, Famos Trustee and JCube Capital Form Strategic Joint Venture

SINGAPORE - Dec. 16, 2025 - PRLog -- Bastion Commonwealth Investment Bank (BCIB); Famos Trustee Limited, a managed trust company licensed by the Labuan Financial Services Authority (Labuan FSA); and JCube Capital Partners Pte. Ltd., a Singapore-based firm operating within the regulatory framework of the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) and providing Variable Capital Company (VCC) fund formation and administration services, today announced the formation of a Tri-Partite Strategic Joint Venture to develop an integrated cross-border financial ecosystem.

The Joint Venture brings together three established financial jurisdictions — Singapore, Labuan (Malaysia), and Montserrat — and is designed to deliver institutional-grade solutions encompassing investment banking, fiduciary and trust structuring, VCC fund formation, and cross-border wealth management.

Under the collaboration, JCube Capital Partners Pte. Ltd. will lead Singapore VCC fund structuring, establishment, and administrative coordination; Famos Trustee Limited will provide trust and fiduciary frameworks under the Labuan jurisdiction; and BCIB will deliver investment banking, trade finance, structured finance, and project and sovereign-linked financing capabilities.

The Joint Venture will focus on:
- Integrating Singapore VCC fund vehicles with Labuan trust structures
- Facilitating cross-border capital flows and institutional investment platforms
- Supporting multi-jurisdictional wealth and asset structuring
- Deploying harmonised digital onboarding and AML/CFT compliance frameworks across participating jurisdictions
