SAINT PETERSBURG, Fla. - Dec. 12, 2025 - PRLog -- Clear Space Industrial Services (Clear Space) announced the successful completion of a major equipment removal project involving two 18,000 kVA (18 MVA) megavolt transformers and associated switchgear from a crypto-mining data center in the Northeastern United States. The equipment, deemed non-viable for resale, was transported to Clear Space's Northeast yard for responsible dismantling and recycling.

Providing a fully turnkey solution, Clear Space managed all aspects of the project—from upfront purchase and site coordination to rigging and complete removal of the transformers and switchgear. This comprehensive approach allowed the client to move forward seamlessly with the installation of new transformers and ensured uninterrupted progress on their facility upgrades.
