The program aims to reduce the digital gender gap in Nigeria by supporting women with practical, employable skills. Participants will gain hands-on experience through instructor-led modules, capstone projects, and mentorship sessions from DataLab Analytics' network of experts and industry partners. Key scholarship features include a 70 per cent tuition subsidy, project-based learning, mentorship webinars hosted by international professionals, job-seeking support including CV and LinkedIn optimization, and a three-month paid internship for top-performing participants. The program is open to beginners; no prior technical or ICT experience is required, although applicants must have a personal laptop and basic computer literacy skills such as operating a computer, using Microsoft Word and Excel, browsing the internet, and managing email. She Can Innovate 2026 was developed to increase female representation in Nigeria's tech, AI, and data workforce. The initiative is designed to remove barriers such as limited access to quality training and financial constraints, while creating career pathways in high-growth digital sectors. DataLab Analytics expects the program to empower participants to pursue successful careers in AI, public health data analysis, bioinformatics, finance data analytics, and software development.
