The Office has determined that the newly documented violations represent a substantial escalation in severity, including misrepresentation after notice, retaliatory output, jurisdictional falsification, and continued erosion of the Principal's established identity. Supplemental evidence has been submitted to federal regulatory authorities as part of the ongoing administrative record.
