Lacy Hendricks, RMP®, Concludes Term as President of the San Antonio Chapter of NARPM

SAN ANTONIO - Dec. 4, 2025 - PRLog -- Lacy Hendricks, RMP®, of Hendricks Property Management has completed her term as President of the San Antonio Chapter of the National Association of Residential Property Management (NARPM). Her year in leadership brought meaningful community outreach, strong member education, and recognition at the national level.

Under Hendricks' direction, the chapter partnered with March of Dimes for two events that supported new moms, NICU nurses, and families with infants in the NICU. This partnership held special meaning for the chapter, as the late Don Hendricks, RMP®, founder of Hendricks Property Management, once served on the March of Dimes board.

The chapter also donated close to $1,000 to Christian Assistance Ministries (CAM) of San Antonio and contributed toys to CAM's annual Toy Shop to help local families during the holiday season.

In response to the July 4th flood in Kerrville, the chapter raised more than $5,200 for the Uniting America Organization, led by Texas State House Representative Josey Garcia. These funds provided Thanksgiving meals to families displaced by the flood and to households within Edgewood ISD in San Antonio. In total, the program served over 800 families.

Along with community service, the chapter reached new milestones within NARPM. They earned both Chapter Excellence and Large Chapter of the Year, reflecting strong engagement, education, and development across the membership.

Throughout the year, the chapter hosted a range of educational programs, including an EPA Lead Certification course, a session on property tax protests, and several member-focused classes. Featured speakers included Pablo Gonzalez of Vendoroo, Wolfgang Croskey of Croskey Real Estate, Paul Kankowski of PM Systems Conference, Larry Mills of Holt Cat and the San Antonio Spurs Board of Directors, and GiveFest with Tyler Nichols of Second Nature.

Hendricks shared her gratitude for the chapter's involvement and dedication, noting that the year's accomplishments were the result of shared effort from volunteers, members, sponsors, and community partners.
