THE GLOBAL ACCREDITATION COLLAPSE
THE GLOBAL ACCREDITATION COLLAPSE
EVERETT, Wash. - Dec. 1, 2025 - PRLog -- Ladies and gentlemen, suppliers, investors, regulators, and members of the global aviation community-

My name is DARYL GUBERMAN. And today, I am going to expose the largest accreditation failure, industrial misrepresentation, and fiduciary deception in the history of modern aerospace.

What I am about to say is not rumor. Not speculation. Not theory.

It is documented, recorded, and verified, and it has been ignored for more than 20 years by Boeing, Airbus, ANAB, ANSI, and the international accreditation structure supposedly protecting the public.

And now, finally, the consequences are unfolding - Boeing under investigation, Airbus facing the grounding of 6,000 aircraft, and global investors facing risks they never saw coming.

Boeing: The First Crack In The Wall

Let's begin with Boeing.

In July 2002, Boeing issued a supplier bulletin that demanded every supplier become AS9100 and ANAB (American National Accreditation Board owned by ANSI- American National Standards Institute) accredited.

Suppliers paid $15,000 to $40,000 every cycle. They were forced into this system under the belief that Boeing was holding them to the highest standard of safety and aviation quality.

But there is a problem. A massive problem.

For 23 years, Boeing forced suppliers into an accreditation structure Boeing itself never followed.

They were never AS9100 certified. Not in 2002. Not in 2014. Not in 2024. Not today.

And while forcing suppliers to pay, Boeing sat on ANAB's Management Systems Accreditation Committee from 2014 through 2024, the committee that could grant, suspend, or withdraw certifications from the same suppliers Boeing relied on.

That is not oversight. That is not integrity. That is not transparency.

That is a conflict of interest engineered into the system.

In June 2024, Elizabeth Lund, Vice President of Quality for Boeing, told Reuters:

"Boeing is willing and prepared to obtain an AS9100 certification-an internationally recognized aerospace standard."

She added that Boeing Commercial had been "compliant" with AS9100 for years-despite never holding actual certification.

"Being 'compliant' without being certified is like a restaurant claiming it follows the health code, but refusing inspection," says Guberman.

This was not a correction-it was a corporate confession that Boeing built an illusion of quality using self-declared compliance, enabled by ANSI-ANAB, and overlooked by U.S. regulators. Boeing between July 2002 & June 27, 2024 built approximately 12,000 commercial & 400+ military aircraft in a system that was uncertified, unverified environment.

OCTOBER 2024: I, Daryl Guberman traveled to Washington State for almost a month, Boeing Facilities Everett, Auburn, Renton & Northfield and canvased 300-600 IAM 751 workers asking if they were AS9100- response at all facilities "what is that?" Did you ever have an audit? Were any of you involved in an AS9100 audit or any audit "what is that?

https://www.reuters.com/business/aerospace-defense/boeing...

Boeing's attempt to pursue AS9100 certification through ANSI-ANAB-the very body it mandated in its July 2002 supplier bulletin and referenced on Boeing's Supplier Portal for suppliers seeking approval-while sitting on ANSI-ANAB's Management Systems Accreditation Council (MSAC) can grant, suspend, and withdraw certifications creates a direct conflict of interest. Any use of IAF or ILAC national and international equivalents does not legitimize the certification. After 22 years of evading compliance, any AS9100 or related certificate tied to Boeing or ANSI-ANAB cannot be relied upon and holds no legitimate value.

Even more disturbing, ANSI- ANAB also host and serve major U.S. federal agencies as both board members and paying customers, including:

The Department of Justice (DOJ)
The Department of Homeland Security (DHS)
The U.S. Department of Commerce-NIST (DOC)
The Food and Drug Administration (FDA)

The ANAB "Probably Yes" Scandal

Now let me take you to the core of the collapse - the accreditation system itself.

On ANAB's own website, under "Is your certificate accredited?" it stated:
"If your certificate was issued by an ANAB accredited registrar, the answer is probably yes."

PROBABLY?

Aviation cannot run on "probably." Certification cannot run on "probably." Passenger safety cannot run on "probably."

ISO.org (International Organization of Standards) states on its own website that accreditation and third party certification are supposed to provide confidence, integrity, and assurance.

But "probably" is not confidence. "Probably" is not integrity. "Probably" is not assurance.

"Probably" is uncertainty disguised as quality.
And the deeper you go, the worse it gets.

The Official Certificate Contradiction

On ANAB's website, it stated very clearly:

"An accredited certificate must have BOTH the registration mark AND the accreditation mark to be considered official."  (WEBSHOT TAKEN MARCH 2014)

That is the public rule - the one given to suppliers, auditors, and regulators.
But I have an email (2014) from Randy Dougherty, Vice President of ANAB and Chairman of the International Accreditation Forum - his name even appears on the IAF 990 tax filings.

And he wrote to me: March 2014

"An official certificate only needs the accreditation mark."

Only the accreditation mark - completely contradicting ANAB's own website.
Two definitions for the same term: One public. One internal. Neither consistent. Neither reliable.

When the Vice President of ANAB and the Chairman of the IAF do not even know what an official certificate is - you no longer have a functioning accreditation system.

You have a global illusion.

And that illusion has consequences.

Because if ANAB is only "probably" legitimate, then every international accreditation body equivalent to ANAB -Examples: UKAS, COFRAC, DAkkS, JAB, ENAC - every single one becomes suspect.

If one collapses, all collapse, because they claim mutual equivalency.
The fracture does not stay in America. It spreads across the entire world.

Airbus: The Other Half of the Breakdown

Now let's talk about Airbus.

People think Boeing's crisis is unique. It is not.

Airbus uses the same accreditation chain. The same mutual recognition agreements. The same reliance on ANAB's structure and its international clones. The same NADCAP dependency. The same flawed registrar system.

And just like Boeing, Airbus relied on the "probably good" certification model.
In September 2025, I warned Airbus directly - specifically Karl Hennessee, Senior Vice President of Litigation & Investigation.

I told him plainly that Airbus was standing on the same collapsing foundation as Boeing.

He responded with a polite but revealing statement:

"Safety concerns everyone and is not a competitive position in aviation."

He meant it as reassurance. But what it really exposed was the systemic failure:
When everyone is responsible for safety, no one is accountable for safety.
And now Airbus faces the grounding of 6,000 aircraft - the very outcome I predicted, the very result of decades of false assurance built on flawed accreditation.

Standing Up at DHS - and the Media Silence

On April 17, 2024, at a DHS subcommittee hearing, I stood up uninvited and held in my hand two Boeing supplier bulletins - proof that Boeing abandoned on site supplier auditing more than 20 years ago. https://www.newstribune.com/photos/2024/apr/18/3749044/

After that hearing, reporters from Bloomberg and Politico approached me.
And they said:

"We can't publish this. People will stop flying."

Not because it wasn't true. Not because it wasn't documented. But because the truth was too big.

That is the moment I realized this wasn't just an oversight failure.
This was a global fiduciary failure affecting:
  • Boeing
  • Airbus
  • Their suppliers
  • Their investors
  • Index funds like BlackRock, Vanguard, Fidelity, and State Street
  • And passengers worldwide

No one else brought this forward. No one else broke the silence.
I did.

Why I Continue - And What Comes Next

People ask me why I continue. Why I send letters. Why I expose the contradictions. Why I confront corporations instead of staying quiet.
I continue because of one moment.

At David Calhoun's June 18, 2024 hearing, a grieving mother stood up and said:

"You killed my daughter. You killed my family."

Her voice still echoes in my mind.
And at that moment, I made a decision:
I will not wait.

I will not whisper. I will not sit silently while corporations hide behind paperwork.

I have spent 40 years in aerospace, medical device manufacturing, and materials quality. And now, at this point in my career, only one thing matters:
Speaking the truth - without hesitation, without apology, and without fear.

Who I Am

My name is DARYL GUBERMAN. I expose fraudulent oversight. I expose hollow accreditation. I expose conflicts of interest that threaten public safety.

I do not fear Boeing. I do not fear Airbus. I do not fear ANAB, ANSI, IAQG, NADCAP, or any international entity pretending to enforce safety.

Because I am not a paper tiger.

I am the lion.

And lions do not whisper. They Roar.

Today, I am roaring so the world can finally hear:

THE ACCREDITATION SYSTEM HAS FAILED

The oversight system has failed. The quality system has failed. And the world deserves the truth.
