Beulah HDFC Announces Major Repair and Stabilization Initiative Across All Bronx Properties

BRONX, N.Y. - Nov. 30, 2025 - PRLog -- Beulah HDFC, a nonprofit affordable housing owner serving families across the Bronx, has launched a comprehensive Portfolio Wide Stabilization and Repair Initiative aimed at improving building conditions, reducing violations, and strengthening operations across all properties.

Beulah manages 294 residential units and several commercial spaces, many of which require significant repairs due to aging infrastructure and years of deferred maintenance. The new initiative marks a major step toward restoring safe, healthy, and well-maintained housing for the hundreds of residents who call Beulah home.

Key elements of the initiative include:

• Full Building Assessments: Comprehensive inspections to identify safety hazards, structural issues, and urgent apartment repairs.
• Accelerated Repair Plan: Prioritizing emergencies, health and safety needs, and high-impact building improvements.
• Violation Reduction Strategy: A coordinated effort to address and clear HPD, DOB, and FDNY violations.
• Stronger Oversight & Accountability: Weekly onsite walkthroughs, improved vendor management, and standardized reporting.
• Resident-Focused Support: Clearer communication, scheduled updates, and a dedicated team to help with repairs, arrears, and lease renewals.
