Amidst Geopolitical Crisis, Qtex Defies Latin American "Financial Risks"

By: Alejandro Silva

BOGOTA, Colombia - Nov. 27, 2025 - PRLog -- While geopolitical uncertainty paralyzes traditional markets and international banking retreats from conflict zones, a new financial force emerges with a diametrically opposed strategy. Qtex, a fintech specializing in infrastructure for Money Transmitters—particularly those operating outside the SWIFT system—announces its aggressive expansion into markets categorized as "high risk."

This bold maneuver is backed by Priamo Renier, a well-known Venture Capitalist and angel investor whose career has been characterized by controversial, high-yield bets where others see only fear.

Capital Has No Fear

Renier's investment thesis for Qtex is clear: the real economy cannot stop due to political instability.

"The economy needs to move. Frankly, I don't care about the geopolitical noise or the chaos paralyzing the traditional corporate world," stated Priamo Renier, Lead Investor at Qtex. "While others retreat, we see opportunities where the standard financial system has failed. Money must flow, and we will lay the rails to make that happen."

Strategic Acquisitions and Asset Management

As part of its inorganic growth strategy, Qtex confirms the acquisition of HSJ Research and AOP Asset Solutions. Both companies hold a solid track record of facilitating import and export operations in complex markets such as Venezuela, Colombia, and Bolivia.

These acquisitions have not been without scrutiny due to the legal and operational challenges inherent to these firms. However, Renier has been blunt regarding the strategy behind the purchase:

"The value of these acquisitions is their client portfolio. We are fully aware of the current demands and situations we are inheriting with these companies," Renier affirmed. "But my priority is to shield the clients. We are going to protect the operations of those moving the real economy, regardless of legal or political noise."

About Qtex Qtex is a cross-border fintech dedicated to connecting underserved economies through advanced financial technology, serving as a vital bridge for Money Transmitters and foreign trade companies requiring agility outside of traditional banking systems.
