Bragoli & Associates Welcomes New Associate Attorney, Craig Cusano, Esq

Craig joined the firm in 2025, bringing with him a wealth of experience and a deep commitment to client advocacy.

In his role at Bragoli & Associates, Craig represents clients in a wide range of personal injury matters, including motor vehicle accidents, slip and trip/fall incidents, and general negligence cases. He is dedicated to providing every client with personalized attention and strives to achieve fair and just compensation for those harmed by the negligence of others.

Before joining Bragoli & Associates, Craig served as a County Attorney with the Suffolk County Attorney's Office, where he gained valuable courtroom experience handling DWI vehicle seizure hearings and No-Fault litigation. He later transitioned to private practice at an insurance defense firm, where he developed a strong understanding of the strategies and tactics used by insurance companies. Craig now leverages that insight to effectively advocate for the firm's clients and help them secure the results they deserve.

Craig earned his Juris Doctor from Hofstra University School of Law in 2022, where he was involved in pro bono initiatives and access to justice programs that provided legal support to underserved communities. He was admitted to practice law in New York State in 2023.

As a proud member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association and the Interchange Business Organization, Craig continues to expand his professional network and remain active within the Long Island legal community.
