Larson-Danielson Showcases Regional Impact

LA PORTE, Ind. - Nov. 19, 2025 - PRLog -- Larson-Danielson Construction is proud to announce the completion of three projects: South Bend's new City Hall, the New York Blower office addition, and the Burke Costanza Carberry office renovation. First, Larson-Danielson completed the transformation of South Bend's new City Hall, which officially opened on October 13. The project, completed on an accelerated schedule, included major interior updates, structural improvements, and a complex elevator replacement.

The six-story, 55,000 sq. ft. building was formerly home to the South Bend School Corporation. The renovation has allowed the city to unite multiple city departments under one roof and offers a central hub for residents to access city services.

Next, Larson-Danielson worked with its design arm, Facet Architecture (facet-architecture.com), to complete an 8,000 sq. ft. office addition for New York Blower's Plant 3 facility in La Porte. The new two-story building unites the company's staff in one space, promoting collaboration and operational efficiency. Featuring a modern lobby, spacious boardroom, and thoughtfully designed workspaces, the addition reflects New York Blower's legacy and deep roots in the La Porte community.

Finally, Larson-Danielson's small projects division, Facility Services Group (www.ldconstruction.com/fsg/) and Facet Architecture recently delivered a design/build renovation for Burke Costanza & Carberry. The 1,600 sq. ft. interior office buildout and exterior façade renovation revitalized an existing facility to create a new location for the firm in La Porte. The project demonstrates FSG's ability to complete high-quality renovations quickly and efficiently.
