This 28-day advanced program is designed for yoga practitioners who have completed their 200-hour training and want to deepen their practice, grow spiritually, and become advanced yoga teachers.

Set in the calm Himalayan foothills, this training is more than learning yoga—it's about self-discovery and personal growth. Daily sessions include advanced asanas, meditation, breathing exercises, mantra chanting, and reflection.

• Intermediate and advanced Hatha and Ashtanga yoga
