Set by the lake and mountains of Pokhara, this training offers a mix of yoga practice, meditation, and self-discovery. Daily sessions include Hatha and Ashtanga yoga, breathing exercises, meditation, and simple yoga philosophy. You will also learn how to teach yoga safely and confidently.
