ABCD Fund Announces Strategic Expansion to Boost GCC–ASEAN–Commonwealth Cooperation

MUSCAT, Oman - Nov. 16, 2025 - PRLog -- The Al-Harthy Bastion Commonwealth Development Fund (ABCD Fund), a joint collaborative initiative between the Al-Harthy Development & Investment Group (AHDI) of Oman and the Bastion Commonwealth Investment Bank (BCIB), today announced a strategic expansion programme to accelerate sustainable development, institutional investment, and cross-border economic integration across the GCC, ASEAN, and the People's Commonwealth (TPC).

The Fund mobilises institutional-grade capital into high-impact sectors including sustainable infrastructure, clean and hydrogen energy, smart cities, logistics connectivity, food and resource security, digital finance, and inclusive economic participation. Its governance framework integrates global compliance standards, ESG principles, and financial transparency consistent with sovereign and institutional requirements.
