Before starting, verify that the compressed air supply is connected and functioning correctly. Connect the machine to its power source and initiate a test run using the semi-automatic mode.

After processing a few sample wires, carefully inspect both the overall length and the quality of the stripped core wires to confirm they meet all stipulated process standards. Only after a successful quality check should you transition to full-automatic mode for continuous, high-volume production.

Throughout the stripping process, it is imperative to keep hands clear of the protective guard area to avoid potential injury from the moving blades.

If you need to halt operation temporarily, always disconnect the power plug from the outlet. Never leave the machine powered on and unattended, as this prevents any risk of accidental activation.

Should the stripping blades require replacement, a complete power shutdown is mandatory before attempting any disassembly or adjustment.

Remain vigilant during use. If you notice any irregularities—such as unusual sounds, vibrations, or performance issues—immediately shut off the power and inform qualified maintenance personnel.

II. Critical Safety Measures

In the event of special circumstances, including visible smoke, strange burning odors, atypical noises, or the discovery of physical damage or loose parts on the equipment, the first step is to immediately unplug the power cord. Only then should you contact a technician for inspection.

Never insert fingers into the stripping blade mechanism or the internal compartments of the machine while it is powered on, as this poses a severe risk of laceration or crushing injuries.

The production area must be kept orderly and professional. Strictly prohibit horseplay or the use of tools for anything other than their intended purpose. Avoid placing tools, raw materials, or any miscellaneous items on top of the equipment.

All maintenance work requires prior power disconnection. Personnel performing these tasks must adhere to all relevant safety protocols.

III. Proper Shutdown Procedure

Once the scheduled production run is finished, de-energize the equipment by turning off its main power switch.
