SMS Launches Real-Time Fiber-Optic Monitoring for Critical Infrastructure

DOYLESTOWN, Pa. - Nov. 10, 2025 - PRLog -- Structural Monitoring Solutions (SMS), a U.S. engineering company specializing in real-time structural intelligence, announced the launch and expansion of its fiber-optic monitoring initiative for bridges, pipelines, post-tensioned structures, and critical infrastructure assets.

Traditional inspections offer only a visual snapshot in time. SMS replaces snapshots with continuous awareness.

Using distributed fiber-optic sensing and acoustic monitoring, SMS installs monitoring networks inside the structure.
