Germany's 2025 E-Invoicing Transition

From January 1, 2025, large enterprises in Germany will be required to issue electronic invoices in structured formats, such as XRechnung or Peppol BIS 3.0, in accordance with the EN 16931 standard. The phased rollout continues through 2028, extending to all B2B transactions.
