FORT MYERS BEACH, Fla. - Nov. 4, 2025 - PRLog -- Margaritaville Beach Resort Fort Myers Beach will continue its monthly wine dinner events on Thursday, Dec. 18, with the iconic Napa winery Duckhorn Vineyards bringing its legacy of elegance to JWB Grill.

This exclusive four-course dinner, beginning at 6:30 p.m., will showcase Duckhorn Vineyards' renowned New World winemaking, paired with a cuisine crafted by JWB Grill's culinary team. Guests will enjoy a relaxed yet refined dining experience that highlights the depth and character of each wine.

The dinner menu includes:

• First Course: Corn bisque with lump crab and pancetta crisp, paired with Calera Chardonnay
• Second Course: Panzanella salad with beets, nectarines, croutons and raspberry-balsamic vinaigrette, paired with Calera Pinot Noir
• Third Course: Chicken au jus with truffled-parsnip purée, roasted Brussels sprouts and red wine demi, paired with Duckhorn Cabernet Sauvignon, Napa Valley
• Finale: Caramelized milk chocolate panna cotta with Pinot Noir–poached pears, brittle and Pinot Noir reduction, paired with Duckhorn Merlot
