WEFiT Hosts HYROX Under the Lights in Winter Park on Friday November 21st 5:30pm -10:30pm

"HYROX Under the Lights is about more than competition; it's about progress, teamwork, and pushing yourself to new limits alongside others who share the same drive."

The HYROX Simulation replicates official race conditions, alternating 1 km runs with eight functional fitness stations, including:

• SkiErg
• Sled Push
• Sled Pull
• Burpee Broad Jumps
• Rowing
• Farmer's Carry
• Sandbag Lunges
• Wall Balls

Athletes can register to compete in Singles, Doubles, or Relay divisions, making the event accessible to every fitness level.  Limited spots are available.

Each month, HYROX Winter Park Orlando brings together a passionate community of athletes from the surrounding areas of Orlando, Winter Park, and beyond. The event blends competition with community, featuring local vendors, music, and a high-energy atmosphere under the lights.
