Pulse Center for Patient Safety Hosts "Open Podium" Zoom Session for the PublicBy: Pulse CPSEA Now there's a place to find out what others, who may have had similar experiences, have learned. PACC — Patient Activation through Community Conversations — is a freewheeling discussion on Zoom that is hosted monthly by Pulse Center for Patient Safety Education & Advocacy, the nation's leading grassroots patient safety education organization. A PACC is not a support group, although you may well find support. PACC is a facilitated conversation using actual cases to ask participants what has worked for them or how they would handle a situation. PACCs are not recorded, and what is said at a PACC stays at a PACC. PACCs are free, and they have been approved by the Patient Advocate Certification Board for 1.0 General Continuing Education (CE) credit.
