WANTAGH, N.Y. - Oct. 30, 2025 - PRLog -- Have you ever had a question about the health care you or a loved one is receiving . . . . but didn't know who to ask?

Now there's a place to find out what others, who may have had similar experiences, have learned. PACC — Patient Activation through Community Conversations — is a freewheeling discussion on Zoom that is hosted monthly by Pulse Center for Patient Safety Education & Advocacy, the nation's leading grassroots patient safety education organization.

A PACC is not a support group, although you may well find support. PACC is a facilitated conversation using actual cases to ask participants what has worked for them or how they would handle a situation.

PACCs are not recorded, and what is said at a PACC stays at a PACC.

PACCs are free, and they have been approved by the Patient Advocate Certification Board for 1.0 General Continuing Education (CE) credit. These credits fulfill the requirements for Board Certified Patient Advocates (BCPA).

Pulse's next PACC will take place November 5, 2025 at 7:00pm Eastern Daylight Time.
