Walker's Realty Donates New Playground at Rock Ridge Lake Denville

DENVILLE, N.J. - Oct. 28, 2025 - PRLog -- Walker's Realty, led by local broker Chris Paricio, proudly donated a brand-new playground to the Rock Ridge Lake community, giving local children and families a safe and fun place to play for years to come.

The playground officially opened with a festive ribbon cutting on Friday evening at 5:30 PM, where families gathered to celebrate the new addition to the community.

In true fall spirit, the event also featured family-friendly activities, including a photo booth with Walker's Realty's signature red 1946 Chevy truck, pumpkin decorating, and other seasonal fun. The event was completely free and drew enthusiastic participation from residents of all ages.
