The Greene School Selected for Harvard Case Study on School Culture

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. - Oct. 27, 2025 - PRLog -- The Greene School in West Palm Beach, Florida has been selected by the Harvard Graduate School of Education (HGSE) for a teaching case study exploring school culture. This initiative is part of the HGSE Case Initiative, which creates educational case studies that provide real-world learning experiences for professional educators.

As part of the research, authors from HGSE will conduct informal interviews with members of The Greene School community. Participants will be asked to share their experiences and reflections on the school's culture. Interview content will be used to provide background and depth for the case study.

The case study will be used in classroom learning at HGSE and will also be made available to faculty and students at other colleges and universities, offering insight into the challenges and successes of fostering a strong school culture.

"This project provides an opportunity to highlight the experiences of our students, faculty, and staff, and to contribute to broader conversations about school culture and leadership in education."
