SMITHTOWN, N.Y. - Oct. 26, 2025 - PRLog -- The Smithtown Children's Foundation (SCF) invites you to its beloved annual fundraiser, the Community Table Grand Tasting, on Wednesday, November 19, 2025, from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM at Watermill Caterers in Smithtown. This elegant evening blends exceptional cuisine, community spirit, and purpose-driven giving — making it one of Long Island's most anticipated fall events.

A Culinary Celebration

Guests will enjoy a strolling banquet featuring dozens of tastings from top local restaurants, caterers, and bakeries. Expect beautifully presented bites and new favorites from Castaways Steak & Seafood, Level Up Kitchen, Husk & Vine Kitchen & Cocktails, and Brooklyn's Best Baking Company & Café, among others.

Open Bar & Specialty Tastings

Alongside an open bar, guests can sample curated beverages from regional purveyors. New this year: A New Day A New Rosé, 39th Parallel Whiskey, Springbrook Hollow Distillery, and Galiano Wine Bar & Restaurant, offering spirited tastings and elevated pairings throughout the evening.

Entertainment & Camaraderie

The Musicology Performance Center All-Stars will provide live music, creating a lively and celebratory atmosphere. Guests can also enjoy a photo booth courtesy of In the Mood Entertainment and test their luck at two new blackjack tables. The event is a favorite networking opportunity for local business owners, community members, and supporters of SCF's mission.

Raffles, Auctions & Recognition

Each year, attendees look forward to over 100 raffle baskets and silent auction prizes. Longtime supporter Agapi Karas of Markar Jewelers continues her tradition of generosity, donating a 14K white gold pink tourmaline ring with 1.30 carats of diamonds (retail $3,650) as this year's Luxury Raffle Grand Prize. "I love that the Smithtown Children's Foundation is helping people in our community," says Karas. "You're helping people in need right when they need it most."

The Foundation will also honor local "unsung heroes," continuing a cherished tradition that last year celebrated Smithtown's volunteer fire departments with the Inspirational Community Leader Award.

Giving Back Locally

Proceeds from the evening support SCF's mission to provide financial and emotional assistance to children and families in crisis within the Smithtown community and beyond. Each ticket sold helps strengthen the local safety net that defines the Foundation's work.
