Hope for the Holidays Returns November 4An evening of comfort, community, and the launch of HopeGiving
By: The Hope and Healing Place The holidays can feel especially tender when someone you love is missing. Whether it's the first season without them or the ache returns year after year, this evening is meant to offer comfort, understanding, and hope. Held at The Hope & Healing Place, 1721 S. Tyler St. in Amarillo, this event is open to all—children (with a guardian), teens, and adults. You do not need to be a current or former participant in any HHP program to attend. Everyone is welcome. This year's theme is "Tradition and Celebration After Loss." Together, we'll talk about how to carry meaningful traditions forward while also making space for grief. The evening includes:
This event also serves as the kickoff for HopeGiving, a giving campaign that helps keep all grief support services at The Hope & Healing Place free of charge for children, families, and individuals throughout our region. Every donation made during HopeGiving directly supports the healing journey of someone in need. Hope for the Holidays is completely free to attend and open to the public, but RSVPs are encouraged to help us plan for supplies and refreshments.
