https://nealsutz2022.wixsite.com/ Sutz's Complaint is the result of circumstances following the production and release of an interview of which Mr. Sutz was the subject in July 2025 on LindellTV. https://lindelltv.com/ Sutz, a Mandated Reporter, is a Holder of Level One IVP Fingerprint Clearance with the Arizona Department of Public Safety, the highest level of Clearance required for individuals working with vulnerable populations like children, the elderly, and people with disabilities, a Clearance Level issued following a lifelong, State and Federal background check, one conducted by the Arizona Department of Public Safety, in conjunction with the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Sutz's Level One IVP Fingerprint Status was issued as per A.R.S. Arizona Revised Statutes 41-1758.07. Sutz, who holds this Clearance for the 2nd, 6-year period (first period was 2014-2020, never investigated, nor suspended at any point), with his current Level One IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card having been issued on January 7th, 2025, is most recently known as the persistent American father whose two American sons were taken into custody by the Geneva, Switzerland CPS (called the SPMi) and then subsequently placed in a multiple Group Homes by the SPMi, on July 25, 2017, approximately three weeks after the Sutz Family had taken refuge in Geneva from Gilbert, Arizona. https://nealsutz2022.wixsite.com/ Sutz, a best-selling author, film maker, human rights advocate and mental health advocate, is most well-known with regard to his 2004, Pro Se, Americans with Disabilities Act Lawsuit against Dr. Phil McGraw, Paramount Pictures, et al, a lawsuit which received National MSM attention, with Sutz having been interviewed by Diane Sawyer on, "Good Morning America," "FOX News," "The Howard Stern Show," and in numerous other media outlets during the course of that litigation. https://www.cbsnews.com/ Sutz was also an Independent, U.S. VP Candidate in the November 5, 2024 Elections https://abc13.com/ The late, Ms. Creamer-Sutz had been hospitalized in Geneva, in 2017, less than 2 weeks prior to their sons' seizure, following an attempted double-suicide by Ms. Creamer-Sutz with their youngest son. Mr. Sutz, along with five, highly-qualified, Swiss lawyers, as well as with the testimony of five Swiss psychiatrists, with whom Mr. Sutz attended more than 800 hours of appointments during Sutz's six years living in Switzerland, all testified that Mr. Sutz was never, in any manner, a danger to his sons and that Mr. Sutz did not suffer from any mental illness whatsoever (despite a 20+ year-ago diagnosis of medication-induced Bipolar II Disorder), with all of those professionals also testifying that Mr. Sutz's two sons should be immediately returned to him. These facts are all verifiable in public records and are contained within prior Civil lawsuits and Criminal Complaints which Sutz filed during the course of the past 8 years. Mr. Sutz, alongside his former lawyers and psychiatrists, for more than 6 years, submitted all the pertinent evidence to all the appropriate Swiss and American judicial and diplomatic Authorities, hoping for legal Justice and/or U.S. Governmental intervention to have Mr. Sutz's two sons returned to him. Mr. Cortez sent to me, via WhatsApp, actual screenshots of chats between himself and Lauren Elena Witzke. In these screenshots, I read false allegations against me by Ms. Witzke and Mr. Lindell. Allegations of that sort are damaging enough when the person making them is just, 'your average Joe," but when they come from one of President Trump's closest allies, who is also the Founder, CEO and Chairman of a Major Media Network, and the false allegations are of such destructive severity, the fallout was immediate and will, unless rectified by a rapid resolution, as detailed explicitly in the Plea portion at the end of my Complaint, result in the final, total destruction of what is left of my family."
