Garden City Realty was named 2025 Best of the Beach and Readers' Choice Winner

GARDEN CITY, S.C. - Oct. 7, 2025 - PRLog -- Garden City Realty, Inc., a full-service real estate, vacation rental, and property management company, is proud to announce its continued recognition in The Myrtle Beach Sun News' 2025 Best of the Beach contest.

The Sun News contest features Gold, Silver, and Bronze winners in each category. Nominations opened on May 5, followed by a public voting period beginning June 2. The winners were officially revealed in a special Best of the Beach magazine advertising feature published by The Sun News on Sunday, September 21.

Garden City Realty was awarded Gold in three major categories — Best Real Estate Company, Best Property Management Company, and Best Customer Service — marking the fourth consecutive year the company has received these top honors. Additionally, the firm earned the Silver award for Best Vacation Rental Company.

Lee Hewitt, Broker-in-Charge of Sales and President of Garden City Realty, was named Gold Winner for Best Real Estate Broker for the fourth consecutive year. The four-time winner, Streett Property Consultants Team also achieved recognition as the Silver Winner in the Best Real Estate Team category.

In a separate contest hosted by The Georgetown Times, Garden City Realty continued its winning streak, securing titles for Best Vacation Rental Company and Best Property Management Company, while also earning Runner-Up positions for Best Real Estate Company and Best Real Estate Agent — Drew Streett of the Streett Property Consultants Team.

The Georgetown Times contest included a Winner, Runner-Up, and Finalist for each category. Nominations opened on May 28, with voting beginning June 25. The results were announced in a special Readers' Choice advertising feature published on Wednesday, September 24.
