PRLog -- Involvement has been shortlisted in two categories at the national Investors in People Awards 2025. This comes on the back of the group's Investors in People (IIP) Platinum, an accolade shared by only 7% of IIP businesses.
This year marks the 12th annual IIP awards, which were founded to highlight the positive impact supporting and investing in your workforce can make. Research has shown that a valued, motivated team can improve the profitability and resilience of a business, as well as more satisfied and loyal customers. It is a sentiment that Involvement's CEO Arjen Cooper-Rolfe agrees with, "We are very clear that in the current climate of challenge and uncertainty, our people are our greatest asset. The better we can make our team, the better we can serve our customers."

It is fitting that the group's nominations are for Best Culture and UK Employer of the Year, since the company is well-known for its people-first approach.
