Direct Membership in Multiples of America Now Available

FRANKLIN, Tenn. - Oct. 1, 2025 - PRLog -- Parents of twins, triplets and more can now join Multiples of America with a direct membership! This new option gives parents of multiples who don't live near a local chapter the chance to get plugged into the resources and community of this national network directly. They will receive all member publications and gain access to member-exclusive parenting resources. They can join in national online seminars and connection gatherings. They can connect with friends all over the country, grow in their leadership skills, attend national conventions and so much more.

Parents of multiples most often join Multiples of America through a local chapter near where they live. This provides all the benefits of membership along with the close-knit support and insights from others who are right in their own backyards. Most chapters meet in-person frequently and create programs and activities tailored to their members. This means although every club is based around the same mission, each has its own unique style.

But there are many areas around the country that have no local chapter. That's why members at the recent annual convention amended the bylaws to add a direct membership tier.

"I've seen first-hand how many parents of multiples are missing out because they do not live near a local club or are not able to start a club in their area," said Pam Edelman, Research and Membership Development Vice President. "They are missing out on the valuable support, information, and guidance available from Multiples of America. With the addition of this new Direct Membership option, those parents of multiples can now connect with our resources and with others who are living similar parenting challenges and joys."

Multiples of America also offers a tier of members for individuals who want to connect with or support the multiple birth community. Some affiliate members are professionals who work with multiples, such as researchers, educators, or health care workers. Other affiliates have multiples in their extended family: grandparents, aunts, uncles, even siblings of multiples.
